Cross window tests with newLISP

I am running a cross windows test to get the picture of supported win-platforms:

WIN XP OK
WIN 2K OK
NT4 Problems with interface dll. Not clear yet.
WIN95 After installing WS2_32.DLL and WS2HELP.DLL OK
WIN98 Not tested yet, but it include WS2 so should be OK

Neither newlisp.exe nor newlisp.dll work without WS2_32.DLL and WS2HELP.DLL on WIN95.
