Because of the changes in the past the delivered newlisp-tk.config needs some corrections:

Change:
set Ide(TCLTKport) "64003"
to:
set Ide(TCLTKport) "64002"


Delete:
set Ide(newLISPbufferPort) "64002"

I shipped the wrong newlisp-tk.config for some versions. After the install delete it then start newlisp-tk and do a "Options/Save settings", which also gives you WinPosX/Y and cleaned up port addresses.
