RSS reader

Hi all,

Based on the excellent RSS code of newdep I created a GUI for his console version.

It can be found here:

http://www.gtk-server.org/apps.html

Works both with Linux and Windows. GTK-server 2.0.3 is required, also it's latest configfile file: http://www.gtk-server.org/gtk-server.cfg .

Improved to version 1.1:

-Set RSS feed name to windowtitle
-Checking on RDF feeds
-Window is resizable again
-Improved the de-html-ization
-Many code optimizations

Couldn't resist to improve even more.

-Added font selector
-Added support for RDF
-Improved RSS core routines
-Improved the de-html-ization even more

Now all RSS/RDF feeds should work. Also fonts can be changed to improve readability.

Same location with new "rss.cfg" containing more feeds.

New version:

-Fixed bugs with the de-html-ization
-Left click on feed toggles scrolling
-Added option to keep RSS above other windows

Difficult stuff, those annoying HTML tags. The option to keep the RSS reader above other windows is very nice, this works also with Win32. Now we can always see the latest.
