Dennis LaBelle (Author of freewrap) has released a integrated program
development environment for Tcl/Tk.
http://tkproe.sourceforge.net/
With it's GUI-Editor it seems interesting for the newLISP community.

Aha..thanks for the tip..I forget to look there sometimes...but it seems Dennis is still very active on the tcl/tk part ..great descipline ;-)
