Clusty is excellent. Try searching for "bill software" on both Google and Clusty. On Google, you only get results about Bill Gates. On Clusty, you get a cluster of results about Bill Gates, and a cluster of results containing bill payment software.

Are you sure about no cookies? The very first thing that popped up on my screen when I tried to navigate there was the Privacy Alert dialog with www.hakia.com requesting to save a cookie! I blocked it, and the first page loaded OK. I typed in a search string, hit Search, and AGAIN a cookie request.
