Need documentation on documentation

Hi:
I can't locate Lutz's documentation on how to set up comment
syntax so that documentation can be generated. Can someone
point me in the right direction?

Is newLISPdoc.html file in the newlisp directory what you are searching for? I use newlisp on Windows, so I don't know where it is installed in other systems.

Thanks. On linux it is at
/usr/share/doc/newlisp/newLISPdoc.html
