For about an hour I could not get in with a web browser, but the funny things was I could do:

(get-url "http://www.alh.net/newlisp/phpbb")

on the same machine without a problem,

I also had problem during late morning from germany.
Early in the morning and now I had/have no problem.

The web server was physically relocated a couple of weeks ago, and we were also down briefly for a software upgrade to the BBS. A few minor tweaks were made to keep out spammers during the following days, but other than that nothing much has been happening. There have been no system outages in the past several days that I am aware of.

If anything goes wonky, you can get my attention at 'newlispfanclub at excite dot com'.

When I was trying to use the board 8 hr prior to this post Firefox seemed to be being served the the php files to download rather than them being run.
All operating normally now.
