Lutz,

Besize the main release 10 of newlisp, would it be a good idea
to put the newlisp.org webpage in a new jacket?

Personaly i think the main page of newlisp could be a more
professional in layout and colors..no offence ;-)
but i think a little more tight and straight main page with some
more serious menu's colors could help newlisp too..

But as i said..Its personal and dont take it as an offence..
(but perhpas you should ..if it helps ;-)

You don't need to worry about the design - the Open Source Web Design experts can do it for you, and you just use their work. There's some nice designs - here's a quick mockup that I made of one called 'Transparentia'':
