I have tried installing both the stable and devel versions on Win 7.
1) Both versions' installers wipe out the User path variable, replacing it with the newlisp.exe path in C:\Program Files (x86)\newlisp.
2) The guiserver won't start in either version.
Not an auspicious beginning, I must say.
